HDPE Pipes

In Kenya, we sell HDPE pipes and fittings for use in clean water supply, irrigation, gas, sewage, and communications conduits. The pipes are sturdy and long-lasting. The pipes are composed of UV-stabilized high-density polyethene compounds. These high-density pipes are utilized for irrigation as well as the transportation of water, oil, and other industrial liquids. Aqua Hub offers high-quality, sturdy, and long-lasting HDPE pipes in lengths of up to 100 meters and with varying wall thicknesses.

HDPE Pipes

HDPE Pipes are composed of polyethylene. This material offers the pipes certain unique characteristics that result in benefits, and these benefits have contributed to the popularity of polyethylene pipes. The pipes are noted for being lighter in weight than iron or galvanized pipes. These flexible and dependable pipes have unrivaled corrosion and chemical resistance. They come in a variety of sizes, colors, dimensions, and lengths.

Why use HDPE Pipes

HDPE Pipes
  1. Potable water safety and long-term dependability
  2. Corrosion, and deposit resistance
  3. Flexibility to facilitate installation.
  4. Resistance to freeze-break.
  5. Lightweight and transportable.
  6. Low scrap value prevents worksite theft.
  7. Durability and toughness required for worksite installations
  8. There is no usage of flame for connecting, and there are several fitting and joining possibilities.
  9. Recyclable and environmentally friendly material.

HDPE Pipe uses

In comparison to iron or galvanized pipes, HDPE pipes are renowned for being lighter in weight. These adaptable, dependable pipes have unrivaled resistance to chemicals and corrosion.

The pipes come in a variety of sizes, colors, dimensions, and lengths. As opposed to aerial wires, buried electronic or telecommunication cables in HDPE pipes can withstand severe weather, wildlife, vegetation, vehicles, and vandalism.

Since they are lightweight, they are simple to transport and install. These pipes are also simple to fix because a damaged section of the tube can simply be cut out, and a new pipe can be attached through both ends. Butt fusion is the term for the action. Galvanized iron that is rusted out and damaged can only be replaced. Galvanized steel pipes are therefore more expensive to use over the long term.

HDPE pipe sizes and specification

The sizes of HDPE pipes range from 16 mm to 800 mm, and the pressure gauges that go with them range from PN6 to PN25. They come in rolls and have sizes ranging from 20 mm to 110 mm.
