Female HDPE elbow: Contains threads on the inner part of the fitting.
Male HDPE elbow : threads are on the outer surface of the connection parts.
How to connect the HDPE Pipes Using Elbows Connectors
Make the pipes ready for connection by removing the burrs using a sandpaper or sharp knife.
Clean the surface of the pipe to remove particles.
Unscrew the blue cap or nut from the fitting and insert it into the pipe outer surface.
Insert the white clamping ring into the pipe after the cap. Make sure the clamping ring is in the correct position, with the larger mouth outwards to the edge of pipe.
Insert the pipe into the compression fittings while firmly pushing until it reaches the inner gaps of the fittings.
Tighten the cap or rings using your hands and continue using a wrench until it is tight enough.
